What is Apeing Coin?
Hardly a day goes by without a new cryptocurrency token coming to fruition. What is rare, however, is when an unlaunched token starts appearing in news articles.
This week, we have seen information about Apeing coin in a few news sources. But what is Apeing coin? And should you buy it? Read on to find out.

What is Apeing Coin?
Not to be confused with Ape Coin, which launched in 2022, Apeing coin is a new memecoin that is currently pending launch. Apeing coin is a memecoin similar to Dogecoin, though the creators have tried to position their project as something “new” in the market.
Apeing coin is named after the term “apeing” which refers to individuals who go hard in crypto and can’t be talked down or away from their positions.
How Does Apeing Coin Work?
Apeing coin is a simple memecoin driven by the laws of supply and demand. This means the more people buy it, the higher the prices rise, and if people start selling off, demand falls, and the price does as well. Apeing coin is a token built on the Ethereum blockchain.
In the articles, Apeing coin paints itself as something unique in the memecoin space as it focuses on “real utility and engagement.” They also promote that the blockchain, when complete, will be secure and subject to frequent audits in order to assure users of its security. They also promote a “whitelist” or list of early investors who will not only receive all the best benefits of the memecoin, but who will also be notified of updates directly and before everyone else.
The creators of the platform also promise to utilize elaborate security measures, which will prevent bots from trading the token, as well as promise to expel “low-quality participants.” We aren’t sure what qualifies as a “low quality participant,” nor does the website currently specify.
All of this information came from the Apeing website, which is, according to them, the only place where one can get information about Apeing coin. They also mention the Apeing Telegram group and X page as official methods of attaining information, but while we didn’t check the Telegram group, the X page currently has no information—but it is there.
What is APEING?
APEING is the proposed/planned trading symbol for Apeing coin once it goes live. Once it does, you will be able to search it on exchanges using this symbol. Currently, Apeing is not for sale.
There is a small chance that the trading symbol will change before launch, so be sure to follow official information channels for updates if you plan to buy.
When Will Apeing Launch?
As of the writing of this article (December 8th, 2025), Apeing is not for sale yet, and we have yet to find an official launch date. On the Apeing website, it mentions that the launch is coming “soon” and that interested individuals should follow the Apeing social media for more information. It also mentions that users should not trust information that doesn’t come from the official source, as impostors may approach you pretending to represent Apeing coin.

Who Created Apeing Coin?
The website isn’t very clear on who the team behind the Apeing coin is. It only states that Apeing coin is a “degen coin” made by “degens.” This is a major red flag in our book; however, it is important to remember that Bitcoin was also created by a faceless entity who remains unknown.
Should You Buy Apeing Coin?
Generally, we never recommend considering the purchase of a token that has not yet launched. This is because there are several cryptocurrency projects that never come to fruition, despite the best intentions behind them. Even then, we never recommend a serious investment in memecoins.
Unfortunately, despite what the creators of these types of tokens try to sell you on, memecoins have no inherent value other than hype and the influence of the laws of supply and demand. Whenever you invest in a memecoin, you are exposing yourself to an extremely risky token, no matter how you look at it.
If that weren’t enough, we never recommend investments in tokens where the creators aren’t out in the open (with the exception of Bitcoin, obviously, which has a proven history) because if the past has taught us anything, these faceless memecoins are the perfect place for rug pull scams—and they happen more often than not.
Apeing coin is also currently making big promises, such as 10,000% return on ROI. Not only is this highly unlikely, but with no whitepaper to show, we find this downright near impossible. Remember, all the big scams make big promises like this, and if it sounds too good to be true—it is.
Of course, if you are just investing for fun, go right ahead, just be prepared to lose everything, because even if this isn’t a rug pull or pump and dump scheme, it is highly likely that this is not the next big thing, and all the promised “hype” and “utility” will fail to materialize.
Where Can You Buy APEING?
As we’ve mentioned above, Apeing coin has not yet launched, meaning, as of right now, you can’t buy it anywhere. That being said, we doubt Apeing coin will pass the security and verification measures needed to list on major exchanges like Binance, even when they do launch. As such, we expect the token only to be available on decentralized, P2P exchanges such as SushiSwap and Uniswap.
Again, we could be wrong, especially as more information on this token becomes available, but as of right now, we aren’t sold.
Overall, in our opinion, Apeing coin is the next scam of a memecoin, and investors should approach the project with utmost caution. Although the creators obviously did some things right, we question the lack of available information, whitepaper, and the fact that they refer to themselves as “degens.” If you do decide to invest in Apeing coin, approach with caution and do not invest any money you don’t intend to lose entirely.
