Best Casino Resorts for a Luxury Getaway
There is nothing quite like a luxury getaway to allow you to rest, relax, and reset. But when you also want to game during your getaway, where should you go?
There are many amazing luxury casino getaways, with Wynn, Bellagio, and The Venetian topping our list. Read on to learn more about each of these casinos, and we’ll help you choose the best ones for you!

1. Wynn
The Wynn is a name steeped in luxury, and it doesn’t matter if you visit their Las Vegas location, the one in Macau, or the one in Boston—they are all amazing. Whether you want to spend copious amounts of time in the high-roller lounge or in one of their award-winning restaurants, you can’t go wrong when you choose the Wynn.
**Stay tuned as a new Wynn location in the UAE is scheduled to open in 2027!
2. The Cosmopolitan, Las Vegas
In Las Vegas, the Cosmopolitan, called the Cosmo by locals, is a favorite. Not only does it feature numerous upscale rooms, but it also has extended living options, unique restaurants, and a stellar pool. We especially love The Cosmo in winter, as they enclose their pool in a bubble, proving that pool season never ends!
Honestly, the Cosmo used to be number one on our list, but they were recently sold to MGM, and the quality has decreased slightly—though it is still a great place for a luxury stay.
3. Marina Bay Sands, Singapore
Most people don’t consider Singapore when they consider a gambling holiday, but if you are a foodie, a visit here is a must. Although you won’t have a string of casinos to visit like Las Vegas, you will have everything you need in the Marina Bay Sands—after all, this isn’t one of the most expensive resorts in the world for no reason!
Ensure you take advantage of their rooftop bar, and visit the famous park next door. We also recommend taking a walk to find the Michelin Star street food stand at some point!
4. Hotel de Paris Monte Carlo, Monaco
Although the casino is technically separate from the hotel, all you have to do is walk next door to enjoy some gaming fun! The Hotel de Paris Monte Carlo screams old money, having stood in the same place since 1864, hosting a number of members of the royal family over the years.
This hotel is one of the most expensive on our list, but it comes with a number of amenities, from an indoor swimming pool to a private beach. Want to leave the hotel? No problem, a concierge can give you directions for whatever activity you want to engage in as you explore the city.
5. The Venetian Macao, Macau
Macau is already a more luxurious version of Las Vegas, attracting high-rolling gamblers from around the world. While it has many of the same brands as the famed American city, note that it is less of a party place—with the resident casinos focusing more on the calm luxury of gaming.
The Venetian Macao is also one of the largest buildings on the planet, amassing a total of 10.5 million square feet—most of that casino. It also has a mall, sports arena, and just about anything else you can dream up in a casino.

6. Atlantis The Royal, Dubai, UAE
Unfortunately, gambling is illegal in the UAE, but restriction overhauls are on the way, with Atlantis and the Wynn at the top of the list for approval. Even though you probably won’t see gaming until 2027, there is still much to see at this luxury resort, including one of the best water parks in the world!
There are other locations of this brand, but none measure up to the Dubai location, where luxury remains king. Enjoy the fancy restaurants, aquarium that spans the resort, and more when you stay at Atlantis The Royal in Dubai.
*Do note, if you absolutely don’t want to stay at a resort with no gaming, the Bahamas’ location of Atlantis does have gaming.
7. Casino de Ibiza, Spain
Most people don’t think of Ibiza when they think of gaming resorts, but the Casino de Ibiza is a must-visit! Not only is it a luxury hotel with a casino floor, but the hotel maintains its own private beach, so you don’t have to fight for space on the public one. You’re also a quick shuttle away from the city center, so you can enjoy the restaurants and nightclubs as you please. Of course, if you would rather stay at the hotel, there are many fantastic restaurants there too!
8. Bellagio Las Vegas, Nevada
Honestly, the Bellagio in Las Vegas used to be higher up on our list, but after COVID, the casino made some changes that just weren’t for us—mainly the fact that they switched up their restaurant offerings, switching to more fast-casual and less upscale. Regardless, they still have some upscale restaurants, including Le Cirque and Michael Mina, and the rooms are worth the price. Don’t forget to also check out their spa and pool areas, which remain world famous!
9. The Ritz-Carlton San Juan, Puerto Rico
We were sad when the Ritz-Carlton closed in London; however, the new location in Puerto Rico is amazing. With all the gambling you desire, and a beach setting, you can’t choose wrong if you choose to stay here for your next gaming adventure!
This casino resort is also known for its golf options, meaning you have even fewer reasons to leave. Unlike other resorts on our list, watersports are on the amenities here, so take a break from the tables to ride a jet ski or consider a sailing trip.
As of the writing of this article, the resort is closed for hurricane cleanup, but we assume it will be back up and running soon!
Overall, you can’t go wrong when you pick any of the resorts on this list, and your choice might come down to the type of scenery you want to see or the ease of flights. Either way, enjoy your next gambling vacation in the luxury you deserve!
